The ingredients inside each flavour has its selected meat, carrots, cabbage, taro, onion (except for veg), vegetable stock, vermicelli noodles, salt and of course the spring roll pastry.

My Mum's first flavours were "chicken and pork" and "chicken" until a customer asked for "pork" ones and we were like okay! No problem.

My family love having Thanh’s Spring Rolls in the freezer ready to go. We pair them with lettuce and with a very simple homemade Nuoc Nam sauce.
Spring rolls are delish. My only problem is that they don't last long. If I cook them everyone wants to eat them and then there are less for me. Lockdown sucks because they are all home and I can't cook them sneakily just for myself. Right now, I'm hoarding them like Gollum with his ring.
You cannot go past these spring rolls. They are yummy thick with filling and scrumptious to boot. Once you have tried them you will never stop. Five stars are simply not enough.
